Return Process

  Log into your ins_line account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or your account dashboard.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box with the return label visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
